The scope of this project includes the following key phases:
Firstly, we intend to significantly focus on research and development, as we already addressed our goal, to develop and launch a user-friendly paid application to enable the use of bio concrete, during this stage, our project team will dedicate their time and efforts to design the mandatory technology with all key features, with the provided information, tutorials and guidelines on the application, strenghthening its usage among users and businesses.
Secondly, we will design the mobile application, introducing a user-friendly interface custom to users and businesses, providing information on the usage of bio concrete, with real-time monitoring and maintenance features, providing guides, tutorials and technical support. Our project will requrie a team of developers, content creators and civil construction experts.
Once our mobile app has been tested, validated and published, businesses in the construction industry, builders, engineers, architects and researchers will be our target audience, and as the technology is both interesting and cost effective, we expect our innovation to spread among them. As we grow, we also intend to approach environmental organizations and regulatory bodies that have concerns to inspire and stimulate more sustainable construction ideas.
Finally, our technology will depend on subscriptions and positive feedbacks, providing ongoing support and maintenance to constantly grow and engage the construction community, improving the effectiveness and reliability of our provided services, alingning with the marketing strategy to carefully execute and reach our customer’s needs and requirements
Timeline
Phase 1: Project Initiation
2 Months: Conduct market research, define project objectives, scope and secure funding and resources, finally assembling a project team and assigning responsibilities.
Phase 2: Planning
2 Months: Developing a detailed project plan, with milestones and deliverables, planning the user interface carefully to avoid unnecessary changes.
Phase 3: Development Phase
3 Months: Devleoping the core functionality of our application, populating the database with bio concrete information and resources, and establishing both community forum and knowledge-sharing platform.
Phase 4: Deployment
2 Months: Launch our applicaton to gather users’ feedback and ensure we meet the industry standards and expectations.
Phase 5: Evaliation and Future Planning
Ongoing Process: Assess the success and impact of the applicatoin and plan a future expansion based on user feedback and mandatory changing if necessary.
